On July 12th, 2013 MINI of El Paso Hosted the First NOT NORMAL RALLY.  More than 40 “NOT Normalized”  MINI’s participated in the Rally! The MINI adventure took us  across town and back again with a finale of Dinner, Raffles, and a Piñata at MINI of El Paso
