The “Third Sundays” Tradition Continues next Sunday, August 18th!  We will start up in La Union at Johnny Lolita’s, cruise up Highway 28 to Starbucks in Las Cruces, then catch S. Valley /N. Valley (188/185) all the way to Hatch NM.  Our final stop will be at Sparky’s!  Join us at either the Meet Point in La Union or Las Cruces. Rallies are open to all current MINI Cooper and Classic Mini owners!

 

First Meet Point

The First meet up point will be in at Johnny Lolita’s Coffee in La Union New Mexico. We will start grouping up there at around 9 am

Depart by 10:15 AM-Head to the Second Meet Point

We’ll have a about a 45 minute drive to the Starcbucks in Las Cruces via Highway 28. The Second Meet point is located on S. Valley Dr.

Directions from EP To LC Starbucks:

Head north on NM-28 N toward Calle Delphia

Turn left onto NM-28 N/Esslinger Rd
Continue to follow NM-28 N

Turn right onto S Valley Dr
Destination will be on the right

The Starbucks entrance is near the intersection of Hickory and Valley

 

Depart for Hatch by 11:45

From Las Cruces, we’ll take a scenic back road up to Hatch. (about 45 minutes to an hour) The back road is narrow, has dips, and sometimes farm equipment. There’s also a Border Patrol Check Point in the middle of nowhere so we urge everyone to watch your speed and watch for road hazards.

 

When we arrive in Hatch, there should be plenty of parking in the lot in front of and around the side of Sparky’s. It’s a pretty popular destination on Sunday’s, so everyone’s patience will be appreciated!
