I’ve always had a soft spot for the Clubman and with these concepts being unveiled I know my Countryman days are numbered! The new design aesthetic that MINI has implemented with the “F” series body style has given the Hardtop a bit of a “Simpson’s” like overbite. But in the Clubman Configuration, it seems that the proportions are better. Ironically, the R55 Clubman proportions were always odd in my eyes. I usually put a roof rack on it to alleviate that strange proportion.

The car will be unveiled at the upcoming Geneva motor show. Although this is a concept, this exterior seems to be pretty fleshed out and nearly ready for production. I would expect the interior to mirror what we are seeing in the new Hardtops due out in a few weeks.
